Standard terms & conditions:

Prices are per night for the apartment and up to 4 people (3 beds) at Smolensk and Michalowskiego and 2 people (1 bed) at Szpitalna. A supplement of 55PLN for each additional person will apply per night. Bed linen and towels are included.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Check in is after 3 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m., but please talk to us if you would like to make other arrangements, as we may be able to accommodate you, particularly out of high season.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.

Discounts for stays over 5 nights and last minute bookings. Final one-off cleaning charge PLN 140.

A refundable key/damage deposit of must be paid to our representative and will be refunded on departure: Smolensk & Michalowskiego 500 PLN, Szpitalna 1000 PLN.
